You need to fill out the form listed on the BLS website. Looks like in the forum we cannot share the links. Just type in BLS India PCC canada in google, it will show the link.

Hi there, I am opening this thread in order to know the status about the Indian PCC application through BLS Toronto. Currently, all the documents for my PR application has been uploaded but no update about the PCC, current status is "Processing at Cosulate General". I have applied on Nov 7th...
