You should try.. I took 1 year of french classes in 2007 and I forgot most of it, then I started again in feb 2017 and presented TCFQ after 1.5 years and I found it more easier than IELTS (eventhough I've been studying english for 15 years)

Keep the fait dude, sooner or later you'll get a NOI from Ontario. I've seen scores where the crs it too low (less than 400) and they get the NOI
