I’m a June 2019 outland applicant who’s file has been in CPC-M since August 2019. Did medicals in November and finally got CSQ in late July 2020, sent it over immediately. Still waiting...ordered GCMS notes and put in an inquiry so hopefully I’ll have some more info soon.

I’d take the time to get a real signature and even notarized if they can.

Do you mind me asking what you do for work? I work remotely and always have so they said I would have a hard time proving I wouldn’t overstay if my partner were already living in Canada.

I tried something similar by land and got rejected. June 2019 outland. I havent received PPR and crim and eligibility are still in process. Got CSQ and sent late July. I guess it was because your partner was there already so they let you in? How did you prove you wouldn’t overstay?

Sorry, he’s never lived in Canada. Should we call the MP for the neighborhood we plan in living in? We had signed a short term lease though are not there because I got turned away last week.

What if your sponsor is not living in Canada? Who could the contact? Some ambassador?

I have SA already. My consultant said it doesnt matter but I cant if I want to. Each case is different though. Sponsor as noted in the app is leaving job to get one in Canada and I as PA have a remote job.

She can do it if she is working for a remote employer that does not have clients or customers in Canada.

I’m from the US so neither of those apply.

Yes, we are curious if it is even possible to try again without risk of an exclusion order. They seemed to threaten that and say to only come back with COPR or when COVID restrictions are lifted. It is a thin line between being seen as needing to travel but not being seen as actually moving and...
