How’s your timeline? I remember you having a ghost update a short while back.

I am a June 2019 applicant and have seen no movement from them except for a generic response about COVID when I inquired. They just need to give my app a final review. They did start a reopening pilot sometime in June, though don’t know how many people they had in office. What’s your timeline?

I’m in the US as is my sponsor.

Yeah, it appears the file just needs one file review for COPR. I am visa exempt, so shouldn’t have a PPR.

There may be a place to upload it on GCKey. I would do so there and/or send via webform. MIDI often forgets to send it, so it doesn’t hurt to provide it yourself.

You should reach out to ask for the VO transfer letter. We were delayed by months because they forgot to send the letter to us and then demanded the CSQ even though we had never received the appropriate letter.

MIFI doesn’t send it sometimes so it is a good idea to upload it to GCKey and/or send it to the VO via webform.

Did you receive one or more extensions for the CSQ? What was the deadline of the last extension? From my GCMS notes, it shows an officer was supposed to review my file based on the deadline of that extension. That was a fee days ago, but maybe we can tell how far behind they might be.

I’ve heard before that putting your name in all caps makes it work.

Did you continue to request extensions? Or was there some automatic extension because of COVID?

Did your CSQ request letters from your VO have a deadline? I am guessing that is when they start to look at apps again, not when you send it. My GCMS notes align with that theory, as mine show a review deadline set for September 2. But who knows if those deadlines get followed.
