I highly doubt it, I think it just has to do with who was working on your file and how soon it is passed on through the appropriate channels. Ithink it depends on backlog and number of workers at a given time. I don't know for sure...just speculating.

This thread is for those who have already been nominated by their province (Ontario in my case) who have started the federal stage (CIO NS). I think a thread that is NS PNP specific may prove more beneficial to you. Good luck

Be grateful that it only took a couple of weeks to come back to you. It had been a month or more on average for others and could have been longer for you. Good luck moving forward

Many thanks Darksiders for for getting started on a spreadsheet. Is there a way to alter the format in a way that it can be viewed more easily. It is very difficult to see what's on the page and certainly harder to manipulate (i.e scroll etc). Many thanks again for the initiative

You can travel for a short period of time but you can't live there permanently. You must maintain your residency in the province that nominated you until you receive your PR. The reason moving to a new province is tricky is because you have a new residential address and pay taxes in another...

Will a photocopy of the PNP certificate (the one with 'COPY' stamped on) result in a returned application by CIO? Please advise. Thanks
