Be careful about NOCs and responsibilities, because any mismatch can result in rejection

NOC and roles and responsibilities shuld match, and I am not 100% percent sure but letter from supervisor is good but it should be in company's letter head.

I did call them a week ago too, but the agent refused to say anything but you should wait until 6 months pass, I have seen some peole who called and received some valuable information about their application, like some one was told by an agent the his file was refused and he will get the letter...
