    Sure, my background status changed in 18 March from not applicable to in progresss, Before that for 2.5 months paris office hadn't touched my file, and from now on only god knows what will they do

    This happened for me when I applied for OINP and I just explained in letter and sent the pay stubs my company issued just for the purpose of ahowing to OINP and I sent a letter signed ansealed by the company mentioning I am paid in cash, at last I sent a notarized translation of my work...
