Stanlee, question for you since you mentioned asking NOC team for a code, let's say if they say it is 1431, can the OP use this confirmation from NOC team as proof to show an Immigration officer about the category and code?

She can travel anytime after she gets a study permit. No she cannot work until semester starts.

Hello, If a person is on Employment Insurance, is it possible to apply for BOWP and stay on implied status to receive the benefits? BOWP would not have AOR or any nomination to complete the application but just to buy few extra weeks??? Please advise.

Thats true but I would still need some time to arrange a spot for my car, belongings etc if i move out of my apartment and leave for my home country. I saved up to buy a house now I will be using it to find a storage for my stuff... :( Express Entry SUCKS !!!
