I would choose other - stay on the side of caution to ensure you are not being perceived as lying.

I do not have a definite response as to why you all have been deemed ineligible. However, there is one observation that I have made with all your profiles. You all have IELTs below 7. Could it be this is an issue? I hope someone with more experience will come along and help you figure this out.

From what I have read regarding what will happen if we get ITA, you will need a scanned copy.
