    Study Visa rejected from india

    You can apply anytime. I suggest you to find out accurate reason and update files accordingly. I am not the expert, but wait for few more comments from others.

    Reason for refusal- Purpose of visit is not consistent… This is standard reason but you can find out accurate reason from GCMS notes. However you can applied again if you know the exact problem and it’s corrective action.

    Yes two applicant… First refusal- Jul-2022 to Sep2022 (last week) Reapplied- Oct 2022 first week ( exact date don’t know) Received rejection in this week.

    for you, at-least review is started and BVL is received. I have no such updates. I know two people from Mumbai, India, who have reapplied SDS application in the month of Oct-2022 and received rejection again.
