I know some people who got visa even after 12 backlogs. And for ielts if you got time then try to inhance your score.so its a matter of luck and don't loose hope. Make a strong sop to convence vo. Good luck

Its always recommended to pay 1 year tuition fees and show the remaining but if you can't pay full year fees then you can pay 1 sem fees which is required to reserve the seat and show the remaining and apply for visa.

Might! You have excellent profile i still suggest you go for university instead of college in next possible intake. Reason behind is uni has grt repo instead of any college and your profile is best for university. When you passed out.

Ok bro i dont want to break your heart for sept 2015 university already started sending recommendation and next 2 weeks time they issue LOA to recommended student. So its better to think for JAN 2016 intake.

I just give you only one suggestion that you should always give priority to university instead of any college.and second if you work hard you will get your pr easily in any province. So think wisely and all the very best.

As i understand first you tell me reason for refusal of your previous application. And second you can use both as well single sponcer if they full the requirements i mean full program fees plus 10000 dollars for your stay in canada plus 3000 dollars for travel expenses
