Thanks for your reply. I don't think any of those reasons apply to me and i got the photos 1 week before i landed. I got them done at AMA and she assured me that everything was correct as i was a bit nervous and asked the lady several times if the photos were fine. Can i call CIC and ask them...

Hi there... I just got a request for new photos... When you say it takes approx 30 days, when is that from? I was at 47 days and they sent the request. If i sent the photos today and they received them say tomorrow would it be 30 days from when they receive them? Thanks in advance

Sure thing! I called them this morning and the lady said everything was fine and no photo requests at this time. I double checked my address with her as well. So just gonna wait till my account online says approved and then call them again to check the date my card was dispatched. I will let...

Hi! No I applied through spouse sponsorship app paper based, and yes that stands for Open Work Permit which i applied and got 3 months after applying for my app. Thanks for your answer :) I guess just keep waiting, travelling mid May so fingers crossed!

Mine was exactly 12 months from date they started processing to landing interview

When i got mine it was just an email from my local office letting me know the date and time of the interview and what to bring.... That was the first i heard about getting approved haha. 3 days later i got the AIP and DM which was funny haha
