We have the same timeline. After medical no update since then.

My medical passed last March 8. I am january 3 applicant. Still in background check processing in my profile but the call center agent told me that it's in the final review. Dont know what it means. Hopefully all of us January applicant gets PPR soon.

I feel so down right now...seeing february, april and even june applicant getting their PPR. What's going on with cic? I am January 3 2017 applicant and after march update on medical i didn't received any more updates. How do they figure out which one to give PPR? I checked the other group...

Yes, you're right. It's so unfair. It's the Prime minister decision to take priority on refugees rather than us (legal applicants).

That's not true. I've read it here in CIC news that before it takes 3 months to process the papers of a refugee but now it only takes 3 weeks. Probably the main reason is they don't want to assist them for too long that they decided it would be better to give them early approvals so they can...

You should give them a call since your papers are over 18 months now. You can ask them about it.

Mine says we are processing your background check and even in eligibility : we are reviewing whethet you meet the elegibility requirement. It's kinda frustrating. It's been a year and 2 month...

No, medicals are valid for a year so just make sure it will not be invalid by the time they request for MR.

I dont think so....my friend got fired from his job 3 months before his PPR. So i guess they would not bother anymore.

Good day! Does your medical result shows individually if you are in a family application... i mean i have a son and a wife. If my application showed that i have passed the medical exam does it also mean that my wife and son passed the medical? Hope someone can answer
