January 3, 2017- no luck. for the last 3 months no update. So tired of waiting. When can we get the golden email? Even march applicant are getting PPR ahead of us :(

Probably if ur wife applied for express entry she will get PPR soon. I read here there was this one 3 weeks processing got PPR....3 months and the maximun processing time of EE is 6 months. I'm just saying ☺

I hope they just made a mistake by telling you that. It means the processing time now is 22 months...why ask for medical to late applicants. It will soon expire before they got PPR.

I checked the other group some november and december applicant are getting their updates and some are given PPR since yesterday. Hopefully we're next provided the officer in charge is in the mood in giving away PPR. It's so mysterious how they issue PPR

That's too bad coz you if you have dependents they need to send you their passport ASAP coz only in canada they'll stamp the visa. And sending it by courier is way faster..it only takes 3 days to reach its destination.

Actually it is not illegal. My wife and son sent their passport from manila to calgary via fedex. You just have to declare that what you are sending is your passport. In fact fedex will even check what you are sending and they'll indicate that it is passport

Nothing's happening for the past few days now. Did they stop issuing PPR? You can never figure out how they work....based on the trend they issue PPR even to march and april applicant. I'm on my 16th month of waiting. On June 3 it will be my 17th month. This is really frustrating.

Most probably you'll get PPR soon as some who had a ghost update the next day or so they received the golden email :)
