exactly, IELTS is mentioned as a requirement so I guess it should be provide with the application. However, police certificate and medical exam come at a later stage.

From what I understood, the international graduates should have a canadian degree and working in Canada (not necessarily for 1 year) and not necessarily in the "essential health workers" NOC.

I am not sure what happened tho, maybe the system crashed from the first moment

When I entered the portal at 10:30am EST time, I was able to click on the international student stream. I think I logged in before the crash and submitted after it crashed.

Some applicants were able to submit the registration form and some (like me) were in the system but the system crashed.

I submitted my registration but it showed an error and now when I try to log in again, it says "system maintenance"

Are you in queue or you actually registered?

Thank you guys. I have a question. The system is giving me a note "higher than normal traffic". Does this mean that some applicants are already in the system waiting for the stream to open or are we all equal waiting for that page to open?
