    In my case my son have residencey issue at time of apply he cannot fulfill his PR residencey within five year from landing date that's why his application is sent to local office. Now it s clear children have to fulfill their PR residencey requirement for citizenship.

    I think Mississauga office is slowest at the time. I only know October 2015 applicant who got test & Oath invitation.
