In my opinion it is Scam. who was beneficiary of your pervious 6000,if Canadian embassy then it is confusing Scam or Real. You should contact embassy regarding this.

Hamid COPR is most important document for immigrants . When we apply for citizenship or PR card renewal or even in case of retirement for Pension COPR will use every where so obviously date of entry should be correct on it. Regards
