    No such record should be send with application but you can provide if you feel it will be good for you at the the time of interview. As 4 year prior to send application date should be start with 4 year before sign no need to write date prior to 4 year.

    For PR card renewal 730 days physically presence in Canada are required even in case of children.But for citizenship 1095 days are not necessary for Minors but their PR status should not be in doubt.
