Hi

Is it a good idea to submit photocopies of Air miles Statement,boarding passes,each and every page of passport along with the online residence calculator so that it gives the officer a better idea of the movement to and from Canada?

In the work and address column where it says from (date) do we have to mention the actual start date of living at that address and start of employment.I understand the application asks for only 4 years prior date but if the person has been living at the address or working since more than 4 years what is the date to be mentioned.Should the date be exact 4 years prior to signing date in that column and ignore any period prior to 4 years ?

No such record should be send with application but you can provide if you feel it will be good for you at the the time of interview.
As 4 year prior to send application date should be start with 4 year before sign no need to write date prior to 4 year.
