    You can request for ATIP and see whats going on with your application. After the status change to Approved/Granted, it takes 4 months for them to send Oath letter. So, if your application is approved, find out the date of approval then 4 months from there.

    Yes, St. Clair office is like a special investigation's branch. Regular candidates are not sent to St. Clair only special cases and those whose RQ needs to be extensively investigated. Unfortunately that's the process via St. Clair.
