    March 2011 applicants

Yes, you could fax them cause you have to send your rprf soon. Even though I think they is no much of an alternative. It's the same that you would do if you were anywhere else and their site mentions the ways of payments. Issue a BD (which is also a safe choice) and send it to them along with...

I know and I totally agree with you that it's stupid! (not your question of course -there is no such thing-, I'm referring to the VO requests) They might even accept his expired PCC, but that would be in the discretion of the officer. Fact remains that CIC states "The certificate must have...

Hi Jacky, 1.The PCC you have has already expired, since VOs want it to be up to 3 months old when you submit them. You can send the expired one, but still you have to show them that you already applied for a fresh one and tell them that you will submit it asap. This thing might hold you back...

btw Jacky74, maybe you should correct the noc number on your profile. At first I got confused, seeing 0361. But now I'm glad to realize that you are 0631 and that they actually process our noc and not consider it as second priority. :)

Big big congrats Jacky! That must have been something really unexpected for you, since I see that you haven't turned into In Process yet, at least not according to your e-cas! Maybe we shouldn't relay on e-cas 100%... Oh, nashe nothing here...not that I wish to get a call, but then it would...

To get new PCCs is not an issue. But still it's not even a necessity. You can send your application without them. You will submit them in the future when requested by the VO. As for the IELTS take a look at the new checklist: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf "Applicants...

Thank you very much for your wishes Reynold. :D It's also weird that lately we see no much movement from NDVO, which was considered a fast one. Is there a chance they decided to work on backlogs first? Seniors around here say no, but still, things are indeed moving slow....

@ ras. thanks you so much hun for your wishes. All of us here deserve the best of luck and I think its about time to start receiving IP status soon! @ canada100. I'm not quite sure that it has to do with nocs. At least it doesn't seem like this to me. Do they really separate the applications...

    i am in trouble

Problem is that no one can prove that she used her husband to move to Canada. She can claim anything if accused. We still don't know her side of the story. And even if he didn't need her points, still he included her in the app. Don't think it's so easy; still they will both go under...

    i am in trouble

From what I read you both applied together, you being the main applicant and she the dependent in the application. From the moment you land to Canada there is no main and no dependent. You both got your PR and live there, have the same rights, etc. You have no obligation to support her...

Hi Wicky! Very nice to see you and see that you are preparing to re-apply!!! :) My dear dear friend. Please don't wait for anything from CIO. You only loose time. You can't wait for them to reconsider and you don't know if its going to be of a positive outcome. Think as if you apply for the...

    NOC 0631 Post 26/6 Applicants

All your suggestions sound very very good Wayne. Problem with self-employment is that's there is no specific list of requered documents. The more you can submit, the more solid case you have. Invoices of providers and annual tax statements are a must for sure. We've seen in this forum quite a...
