    The paper-based PNP is very very 'abnormal' category, and we shouldn't use it. One of my friend got his provincial express-entry nomination within 3 weeks. Now he can expect getting PR within 6 months. We can only wait now......

    Thank you very much for the nice reply. I am already in Canada, and submit the application inland on Dec 29th, 2015. Then they received on Jan 6th, 2016.
