I have similar situation with you, and the BG is 'not applicable'.

This letter won't work, since these liberals welcome illegal immigrants more than us who study hard & work hard & pay taxed hard. I am so sad.

My friend (Late Nov 2015 applicant) got his DM and PPR last week. Another friend (Dec 2015 applicant) got no DM/PPR, but his background check started. I (Jan 2016 applicant) got nothing after Med. Just share with you guys.

I requested the GCMs on Oct 24th with $5, and got the feedback on Nov 23rd. The information is extracted on Nov 9th, so it is useless. I am still waiting for MR, and the GCMs won't help. So just wait, and save money.
