    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

I just want to come home with my husband :( I've been in the States 3 years now and I hate going home without him. Graduated college in the states and am beyond ready to return home and get working... Only CIC being stupid has prohibited that. Being in the states I can't even call CIC to see...

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

The worst part is, Ottawa applicants are quoted 16 months on CIC website, even though for the last few years its been 6-8 months, so we can call and complain all we want, but Ottawa will just say "its just how long it takes"

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

There are still a lot of June applicants that are frozen too. Some even from the beginning of June. It seems that a lot of apps are just chosen to be stuck. We got our request to pay Right to Residence fee in December... But nothing since then and our app still just says received.... We will...

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

Same here! My husband and I thought for sure we would be moving to Canada in March so he didn't get a new job when we came down to the states, so we've both been sitting around doing nothing and going crazy. We spend as much time as we can doing things out of the house... only so much you can...

    JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

I'm not even "in process" Ours still says; Application for Permanent residency has been received " Medicals have been received" and that's it. Our status when I open it is STILL "Application received" :( However they requested our RTRF in December... so that has to mean something right?

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

I think we are all just feeling defeated and tired of waiting. I know I just want this over! I wish I knew what was holding everything up. I HAVE to go home in April, which means I can't be with my husband :( We really thought we would land before that.

    JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

I was told that if i called the embassy/Canadian office nearby that they could recommend someone. I googled "Canadian immigration photos" and then with the largest nearby city and found a place that does them specifically. I was terrified so I chose that since I didn't want to risk the photos...

    JULY 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

From looking at the other forums, December applicants are getting SA quite quickly right now. I'm assuming this is why we are all stuck waiting. I would love to know when they stop making us wait and get back to our application :(

    JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

Just checked and December applicants are pretty busy right now getting their SA so I would say that is where the hold up is... It would be nice to know when they will get back to our applications however, especially seeming that 90% of us are literally just waiting on approval and they are done...

    JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

Tell me about it, I've seen a fair amount of movement in December applicants. So I'm assuming they shoved all our apps to the side to catch up on newer ones when they asked us for extra info and such. It would be nice if they would get back to our applications now. I'm ready to start my life...

Husband not living in Canada - Option C

I still have a canadian bank account, active cell phone and student loans which show my mailing address in Canada. JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

Not even a peep. Last we heard was December 18th to pay the RTRF and send in extra evidence showing I, as the sponsor wish to return to Canada. I requested notes on Feb 12. Hopefully we hear something soon, we really wanted to move in March.

    What's your story?

I was the same as many, I was not at all looking for a match! I was still with my boyfriend of two years (both of us Canadian) and I had just graduated high school. Over the summer before university my best friend introduced me to a few people she played online games with. My husband and I hit...

Canadian Marrying Illegal Mexican in Kansas

Honestly your chances are more likely better her going back to Mexico for the wedding, when I got married in Texas one of us had to be a Texas resident in order for mail to be received and if they realize she is illegal she could get deported right then and there, a wedding may be legal without...

    Husbands Sponsorship-Please Guide

The email should have told you at the bottom if you can send mail or email, if they accept the information by mail only then they will not have included an email address for you to send by. No you do not. I have yet to change my name and I married almost a year ago.... But how are you planning to immigrate? Is your husband a citizen/ resident of Canada? Are you a citizen/ resident of Canada? Do you have jobs that could allow you to get a work permit in Canada? Do you have...
