I ordered through privacy act first, thinking the same thing. DOES not work unless the applicant is a resident of canada or citizen. Or at least after the 30days thats what they emailed me saying. You HAVE to apply through the access act. I signed giving my husband consent and everything. NOPE...

Where do you even put the tracking number to track it? My notes hit 30 days yesterday and I haven't heard anything but the confirmation that i requested them.... with the tracking number.

Manila was crazy fast there for awhile. Seems to be the same thing with Ottawa. in September to December applications were moving quite quickly, people applied in June and landed by August from all sorts of offices. Now nothing. It just doesn't seem fair.

They requested our right to residence fee but never set us to in processing.... So obviously someone was working on our app but apparently they don't always update ecas to in processing.

Yeah exactly. That is how we are all feeling. Visa offices around the world all work faster than our Canadian Ottawa office. It is bullshit.
