My immigration consultant just told me that there were a few thousands of applicants having the same issue (but the most of them are not reading these forums)... and as the officers have to check our exams and mark them ‘passed’ manually, it may take some time... There is no need to do anything...

Guys, is there anybody who did upfront medical just a few days/weeks before getting an actual request? How long did it take to pass?

I only got the automated status ‘we have not received the results medical exams we had requested’.

Does it mean I don’t even have to contact my MP? Just wait about 2-3 more weeks and see if something changes?

The thing is that I already sent it to them (via ircc webform) 4 weeks ago, they sent me back a confirmation of submission, but obviously it’s still not sufficient... Instead of finally receiving ‘medical passed’ I have ‘we have not received your medicals’... even that they confirmed they got it!!!

I have the same issue!!! I can’t even express how upset I am right now... Any idea what to do?

Exactly... it’s just like that, if we don’t want to wait, we don’t have to and we can give up/leave Canada...

I think you have to choose only from the physicians on the list: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx correct me if i am wrong...

A friend of mine is Nov 24, 2016 applicant and just got PPR 2 weeks ago... you still have to wait for a few weeks :)

No idea at all, some people got their PPR in 11 months, some had to wait way longer... I still don’t have my MR marked as ‘passed’ so it’s pretty hard to guess

I think they just issued too many medical requests in the last 5 weeks so they should expect that. I would call them first and ask for their reccommendation.
