Could you share your timeline? It usually happens just before IRCC starts sending PPR. But don't get too excited, who knows what the update means for you. And yes, it's normal that your status changes from updated to submitted once you check what's new.

The same timeline here. They told me yesterday that my criminal check is done and they are now working on my security check. Medical not passed yet though.
