I received the same email today but I think if you already submitted all of above documents with your application, you do not need to submit them again. As they mentioned in their email if you submitted, you can ignore that.

Did you go outside Canada during processing time of your application? Did you live more than six months in countries rather than your country?

I think this means that the first criminal report for yours and your wife is not valid anymore. The validation of the criminal report for one year, therefore, you need to submit a new one for you and your wife.

I got my AOR on 4th of Nov.2016 for PNP paper-based application and I have tried several times to link my application to GCKey account but I could not although I do not have a representative. Anyone of you has any idea how I can find a solution for that?

Anyone of you heard about upfront medical exam; is it okay to do for PNP (paper based documents) OR NOT?

I had the same problem but after two days of receiving OAR, I can link my account. Therefore, you need to wait and then you will be able to link it (NO WORRIES!!!).
