Hi guys, I have a quick question about BOWP. I have applied for a pnp pr and in my nomination letter there’s no restrictions on the employment. Do you think that the BOWP will be restricted on the nominated province or will be opened for all provinces?!

Nov. 24, 2016 I phoned IRCC today to ask if I have any updates about my file, they told me that they contacted the center processing office before I call them to ask what the reason for the delaying my application and then they will get the reply in 10 business days. That is very frustrated!!!
