Can some of your 2016 applicants tell me what your timeline was like? I'm a March 2017 applicant, after the AORs in April, there hasn't been any other changes, except the Schedule A request. When do they ask for Medical etc and how long on average for Sonsor Approval? Thank you!

Keep trying to phone them! Same thing happened with me, March 2017 applicant, I was able to get in touch with a call centre agent who put in a request for the email to be resent as well as get rid of the 30 day deadline.

Do you need a photocopy of your birth certificate? Translated to English if it's in a different language?

Yes he was, I double checked with him because 6 weeks seemed like an extremely long time just for an email, but yes he confirmed it would be upto 6 week.

In the exact same situation as you! I would strongly recommend phoning CIC, I phoned yesterday morning. It was a 25 minute wait but finally got to talk to a call centre agent. He put in a request for the email to be resent again, which could apparently take upto 6 weeks :(
