You just need to print out the medical request form from CIC and take it with you to the physician. They will do the rest and submit it to CIC. I did mine on a Friday, it was submitted by the following Tuesday and my status showed passed by Thursday, so everything took less than a week. Good...

Also leave passport number blank, City of birth, press space and leave blank. Country of birth, type in Principal Appliant's country of birth. And ofcourse number of applicants 2. This should do the trick! Good luck.

Hi, try putting the number of applicants as 2, even though it's only you being sponsored. This worked for me!

You shouldn't have any problems signing a rental agreement. As far as proving in the future that you have lived there, one way to prove that is bills addressed to your address in you & your husband/partner's name? Mail from CRA? Benefit statements? Bank statements? Lease agreement photocopy...

Hi guys, I just have a question about OWP AND AIP. If you have both of those during an inland spousal application, can you leave Canada and re enter or does it impact the pending application negatively? Thank you!
