Thanks for your response Jigzyy.. I contacted CIC yesterday and they informed me that they cant see any notes under my file that the application was returned. Its been 10 days since the cap was reached. Usually how long will it be before they start sending the files back...

How long will CIC take to return the CAP full apps. Approx As 2174 cap was ideally reached on 15th august as all the applicants were charged before that. So far i have no update on the app return though i contacted CIC yesterday.

raij1- Has likely Got the PER which has probably been sent to wrong ID or something as when they contacted CIC they were told an email was sent on 16/08 and thats when most of the 30th may applicants were receiving PER.

OK Guys... How come its showing 1 completed application in 2145, wherein we have two applicants in the tracker with one charged: ddd1 2145 joemimi 2145- CC charged.. Food for thought..... that means its Compplete including the payment received Means these updates are atleast few days old...

Nope last applicant charged was for 30may and that was almost a week ago. Last person to get the PER was on 16/08.. No movement at all post that apart from NOC being declared full.

Dont know according to CIC it reached on 31st may and according to my idiot consultant it might have reached on 4th June. But i am going by what CIC has told me.... Heard lot of good stories about consultants
