Congrats !! would you mind sharing the date when your medicals were received by CIC i.e. Ecas got updated

My Assumption on the way its being worked - CIC is picking up apps on Meds recvd date for PPR not on app recvd date.

I think NDVO is actioning files in a stack instead of a queue. If we closely look at the timelines of people who received PPR they had there ECAS updated to medical received in 2nd week of October. In my case i did my meds on 20th September ECAS updated on 3 rd OCTOBER so i think our files are...

I am a May 7th Applicant received MR today. My ecas status changed yesterday and Line 2 was added.

Not to forget Mate they took almost 20+ days to charge 7th may applicants. SO we can imagine the no. of application received on that day. I think it will take almost a 20 days from now on to send PER's.
