Hi, a serious doubt if seniors can help.

I have applied under NOC 1114 (Credit Agency Analyst- Credit Rating Agency India). I previously worked as lecturer at a uni. affiliated college.

My doubt is: if lets say CIC reject my application in 1114. WILL THEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDER IT FOR 4011? OR DO I NEED TO REAPPLY ONCE THEY RETURN THE APPLICATION.

No you would need to apply separately with the other NOC. ..

big congrats! but really curious: my file is exactly same as yours - 2174 and reached on 10:19am signed by Mike, but charged 11 days ago. How CIO works????

I really don't think it's as of June 24th. Last year the cap of 300 for 1112 was reached on the 27th of May, three weeks after the program was opened. This was despite CIC introducing the ECA requirement for the very first time (getting an ECA was the biggest bottleneck for many applicants, especially those that did not got with WES). Does it make any sense that nearly 2 months since the program was opened that there are only 93 applicants for 1112? BTW, the number of applicants on the spreadsheet alone for 1112 (120) is in excess of the cap number published by the CIC of 93. This is what I think is the reality: the cap update may have been published on the 24th of June, but is for a count date well close to the FSW '14 opening date (I suspect the count date is probably in the date range of 5-7th May).

Thanks very one for your advice. The thief that stole the credit card has started using it b4 the company stopped it. And actually I ielts has expired now few weekend after getting to cic. So except I write another fresh one. Pls what do you guys suggest. (Seniors)

Congrats! I hope those with charges can give trivias with their application, things that were usually debatable like... If you stapled your apps, or used letter of explanation that company does not provide job roles and derive the letter instead from supervisor etc.

SS2014 modification proposal:

Could some kind soul please add 3 columns to the SS2014:
1) DAYS between App. received date-CC charge date
2) DAYS between App. received date-DD Encashment date
3) DAYS between App. received date-PER reception date

Especially the 3rd column can provide meaningful information and help calming the more impatient friends among us.

Additional dependants is only for applicants whose dependants cannot be included in Main IMM0008, so dont include and dont tick in checklist

I think it depends on the officer's work load etc.

My take is if one doesn't have the roles and responsibilities listed for 'a' job they probably won't get points for 'that' job. Just put whatever that role required you to do. If they are not giving you points anyway for that job I very much doubt they will ask for any clarification on it later. Stay honest and write what you did in that job!
