Thats such a strange behaviour from your consultant. CIC is now working on applications recieved around 4th, 5th July so they must have the record of ur application if it reached even in the first week of Junly. You need to get the tracking number from your consultant at any cost

Whats the point of having a consultant who doesnt even know what forms are to be submitted. Well send the application again, you dont have anything to loose

I didnt get any response from anyone but my friend sent an updated generic form at a later stage as he came to know that generic form has been updated. This could be the reason of opening his file to attach the updated generic form to his earlier recieved application

There is no question of it being outside the cap as your application was recieved in June.

It was a hard luck in your case as you submited the application very early and even managed to re-send it quickly, no one expected the cap to be so over soon.....Look for other options, try getting a job offer or some other type of PNP...all the best

There were not many PERs issued during this week but the cap has increased beyond my expectation. I feel people are not sharing their data on spreadsheet and the percentage of members on spreadsheet to CIC update is going down
