I politely disagree with you. CIO didnt respond by saying " didnt you recieve the email sent on ........date (PER) " or " Your file has been transfered to Visa Office" they responded by saying that it is under review. That clearly means that CIO was reviweing his application

I have seen a post from Maria today and in which she refered to her GCMS (i hope i am writing it correctly) notes. According to those notes, her case is scheduled to be completed withing exactly one year of her PER date. ( i forgot the dates mentioned in her post but the notes had a completion...

Auto-reply (if they have put an auto reply) is sent to anyone who tries to reach that email address. I dont think they have defined any rule to send auto-reply only to those whose cases are in process or anything like that. So getting or not getting an auto-reply shouldnt be a reason to get tensed.
