Thanks for your encouragement Spelling19, I am tracking on their website for the past 4 days. Just now it says “out for delivery” but there is a small question mark underneath and when I put the cursor there it says deliver pending.

Thanks fo the info, I sent mine with Xpresspost paid extra for "signature" option and it has been showing "in transit" at Halifax, NS 6:27am since morning. So either they have delivered the package but the system has not been updated or maybe they are taking longer to deliver. I didn't know...
