Maybe but if you have a look at this link, it clearly says there are only two processing centers in GTA . One of which is for PR applicants. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/index.asp

I think Mississauga is the only office that process citizenship applications for the entire GTA. other than Mississauga there is just one office "Vegrevile" that handle applications for PR.

Yes, but did you ask her/him whats the wait time for AOR? 12 months period is for the entire processing not for AOR. When I asked the agent she told me the expected time for receiving AOR is maximum of 6 week and if I don't hear anything then I should call them back.

Mine was received exactly on the same date by the same person Caroline. L , I got my AOR on 26th hopefully you will receive it too. Just incase if it got returned, use the same application as they lock the date when the application was first sent.
