I logged in my account, but the new receipt is no there ?!?!

I just paid my fees online, but the system crashed, and I couldn't print my receipt . The money taken from my account as per my credit card. But in my online account I couldn't see the receipt. Any ideas please ??

The new check list is missing some required documents. In the application guide it says provide copy of one of your immigration documents ( PR or Confirmation or record of landing ), but there’s no place in the checklist for one of those documents. Anyone noticed that ?

I think we can not make a complaint to the minister because the visa office can reply to him that we are still in the normal processing times, and we can not argue them about the files that completed before us because , they will reply every file is differ from the other.
