I called CIC in the past they said the person name refer to the photographer name , not the applicant name. That’s why it’s not funny.

No need to print your name. Only the name of the photographer should be on the back : Provide the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos Print the name of the person on the back of the photos.

They asked where do you physically located during this period of work. Basically put your home address at that time, they don't need your Employer address, if they need it it, the would have said : please put your work address

I don't think you are right. if you click the help button it would say : If you have ever used any other names other than the one being requested in your grant citizenship application, print them in chart. So clearly they need only other names if they are different from the name listed...
