Let's say someone has got PR and then applied to multiple universities, including quebec ones, and ultimately chooses the quebec university. Can this cause problems afterwards for e.g. pr renewal/citizenship application? As I understand PRs are free to study "anywhere" in canada. Is that correct?

I'd rather not disclose where I did it. But it was a IRCC approved physician. I got the emedical report. Why is it not acceptable to upload the full report. And please get your facts right, one CAN get the report, all that is needed is a small fee and a request for it.

Not necessarily. It might be to get some sort of third party to "check" identity bit then again the emedical also has our picture. Point taken. Just worried about messing up something although great care has been out r in my application.
