wow some nice points here. i overlooked it previously. looks like BC EE system dont ask for ANY LMIA. if you have any job offer without LMIA you can enter as an applicant in BC EE. what do you mean by being in the short lists? how do you check that? which PNP are you referring to here?

Sorry but you will not get an ITA in my opinion. The only chance for you is to increase your score or PNP

I tend to agree. Some ppl are not research type or just lazy or they are the seeking help type. Eg men don't like to ask for directions...sound familiar? There are always ppl sitting in threads who would help a noob or lazy person so ppl who don't like to spoon feed can skip to the next feed...

Agree. I saw so many ppl going to Australia who tried Canada first. Landed there already. Yes ielts is higher and also now it's difficult as they reduced the invitations driving cutoff upwards.

I guess you're already in Canada? If yes try to take it one step at a time and sponsor your husband later if it's possible.

Your right but competition is lower than Canada. However nowadays they reduced the draw size for subclass 189 so the Australian dream became harder also...

Hope is not a strategy! After the nice low score of 413 last year, the number of hopefuls increased along with the things that happened in the US - too many ppl are applying (yes you and me included) The regular ROH series threads are great to hang around and dream for the score to come down...

You can for sure claim points for the Canadian work experience after the year completes But for the job offer points you need the job offer valid for a year after getting PR and has to be from the same employer as ur WP.
