Another question My profile was created in May but I submitted it on June 8. Also its shown as June 8 submitted and June 9 2019 expiry. So which date is counted for OINP HCP? Profile creation or profile submission?

Noble idea. Im trying to get ICT work visa also. I don’t think they affect each other. Till you get ITA and submit your application and get AOR nothing is official Your company what they need to prove etc chech ICT threads and also cic all info is there

Yes it's OINP HCP and yes with so many candidates in the pool they still need to use the PNP quota I saw in the forums last year end of June many ppl for OINP NOIs. So hoping end of June this year many nominate cases would be finished so next batch of HCP NOI will be released
