Just call TCS and tell them to do the seal Its actually TCS who takes the documents attested from hec and takes them to hec r&i section to get them sealed. So make sure to instruct TCS. Call them. They have a guy in Islamabad in TCS office dedicated for hec and knows the process well.

HCP might open and that will be your only chance for OINP or try PNP of other provinces or job offers etc. ITA slim chances or even zero chance for anything less than 435

Buddy as you know it's tricky and there are a lot of ppl below your score even. I think 438 has a very decent chance. My estimate is 80% which is great. So just relax and wait for the ITA.

No one's sure exactly and it's all guess work. It depends on the new ppl every day coming at 440+ and the draw size. If it's the same pattern as the last few months then expect to have 439 with cutoff Dec 2017 in a realistic or sightly optimistic case.
