Yep just a plain job offer. Requirements are all online on the CIC website. It's like a normal job offer only that lmia is waived. Did you try to Google it? Do the research. I don't have experience with it myself but this is the result of my research.

Yes it's called intra company transfer. Google it and you will see that it doesn't require LMIA if your affiliated company gives you a job offer in Canada

Hope is not a strategy! After the nice low score of 413 last year, the number of hopefuls increased along with the things that happened in the US - too many ppl are applying (yes you and me included) The regular ROH series threads are great to hang around and dream for the score to come down...

I'm at 434 like you also and hoping for HCP. Any other suggestions for the 434 club?

Only a miracle this year will bring the score down to 432. I'm near your score as well at 434. Suggest to look into PNP or Australia etc as alternative

It has to be the fact that ppl at 441 are on the edge and are very active. Those higher are confident anyways. Those near 441 like 437-441 are also very active. Those lower than 437 are just waiting This could be the reason of the poll result
