How long on average are people waiting for PPR? Those who have received DM in ECAS? Thank you!

We just received DM today and pre arrival services. Application received feb 20, AOR 1 March 5, and then nothing until mid September. I am a Canadian citizen and my husband is from the US. VO is CPC Ottawa.

We haven’t yet. Not holding our breath hopefully it will come by Dec. 1st!

Quick question, when you do your medical with a panel physician for IRCC do they automatically send the results to IRCC? My husband had his done by an approved physician in Vancouver and they said all they needed was his passport, no other identification. I thought he needed to provide...

Definitely movement in Feb! We just got request for biometrics letter.

Submitted Feb 14th, arrived in Sydney Feb 20th, AOR1 and Biometrics fee req + paid on March 6th, nothing since. Looking at the spreadsheet everyone else is getting SA and the bio + medical requests. My husband is from the US and I'm a Canadian citizen. Fingers crossed more news comes soon!

I know hahahaha but I read it on here I think in a different thread, someone had talked to the IRCC before the phone lines closed and that's what an agent says but who knows if that is true!

Who knows. It was about 7-21 days, varied per person, ours was 14 days but that was in February. Right now you could be waiting 1-3 months which is standard processing time anyways. There could be a delay on top of that though as I had read somewhere that new applications are being “quarantined”...

From other spreadsheets it looks like some processing is being done, but I think for us Feb applicants a lot of us were about to get bio and medical requests which obviously aren’t happening so it’s at a standstill until we can do that again? I’m not sure but it does look Inland applicants are...

Exactly - anywhere from 1 - 3 months was the standard AOR time before December it seemed like, but then December and Jan and the beginning of Feb were going SO fast that we all got spoiled and people are now concerned about their applications when really we're still way ahead of traditional...

Same for us. AOR but cannot link in GCKey and no requests for Biometrics or Medical yet. Hopefully soon!

Are people actually receiving Sponsor Approval and AOR1 on the same day like it says on the spreadsheet?

It actually was a request to PAY biometrics, I just saw the email subject and got overexcited haha. I haven't linked to GCKey yet as I am at work and haven't had a change, but I'll double check once I'm off and then try and link it through there. Thanks for all your help!

That’s why I am confused because I am the sponsor- it says they received the application February 20th and it’s in progress. I haven’t received any emails in any folder, I’ve been neurotically checking ever since the package was delivered hahaha. Oh well!

Just linked application in ECAS, and my husband got a request to pay the biometrics fee. No AOR1 yet- Feb 20th applicant. So relieved to at least had some communication!!

Gah I’m so anxious- people around our date (Feb 17) are receiving AOR but we haven’t yet despite super straightforward paperwork. I am fine with different wait times but just want to know if it got sent back or not such a nerve wracking process haha
