That's odd. Usually the LOI comes with the stamped passport, both kept in an envelope. Didn't you receive any email from the embassy with an attached pdf document. And did you submit your passport together with the application and was couriered back to you?

TRP for Canada or a copy of your immigration status here in UAE? I guess your application is approved, and the loi or visa will only be issued once you provide them the documents they are requiring you to give them. Which country are you from?

Diploma to Degree should work, as long as your earned credits are transferrable and you satisfy the admission requirements of that certain university.

What we did for my application, the loan was deposited to my mom's personal bank account. So basically, the loan was added to the money (savings) that was kept in the bank for four months (we submitted four months bank statement). The loan was only added to the account few days before we lodged...

imo getting a loan is fine as long as you won't entirely depend on it. Make sure you provide a loan letter when doing so. Just my opinion as I did the same thing
