I did all by myself and you see I didn't receive MR or update after 139 days from AOR. So it may not be correct. Actually we don't know how VO works although many of us could only assume little bit of this and little bit of that!!

If it is the case what about my MR from Manila, VO? Although, so far I remember Manila, VO takes 16 months in comparison to SGVO 22/24 months to complete the whole process. Hence, apparently Manila should take less time than SGVO...however already 138 days after AOR passed without having MR...
