Processing time is 19 months now which is already gone. How to contact media when they dnt even bother to answer emails n case specific inquiries. No one is there to listen n do something. N LVO is so not working on any pattern. Its just they do whatever they like n pick whatever they want

Can someone tell me what is meant by File location PA (put away) Due date=29-06-2017 Does that mean my file will nt be touched until this date or they have to take decision till that date?
