Thanks a lot for the reply. I did think of adding her to my application, but that would reduce my crs and would drop below the cut-off for that round, and getting her credentials assessed etc. is going to take a lot of time. But really, thank you again!

It means that the reviews are complete. Bg check is basically verification of the info mentioned in your application, but is majorly about security. Hopefully there shouldn't be any hurdles!
